Participation guidelines for activities organized by Zenith Odysseys.
Participants are advised not to carry expensive items such as jewellery, high-value watches, electronic gadgets, or excess cash. Each participant shall be solely responsible for their personal belongings. Zenith Odysseys shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Participation in any activity organized by Zenith Odysseys is entirely at the participant’s own risk. While basic first aid assistance will be provided in case of minor illness, injury, or accident, the organization, its leaders, instructors, volunteers, coordinators, or any associated persons shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, accident, or unforeseen incident occurring during the course of the activity. No claims by participants, parents, guardians, relatives, or friends shall be entertained. All participants are required to sign an individual risk waiver and indemnity form prior to the activity.
Activities are planned considering normal weather and environmental conditions. However, in case of cancellation, postponement, or changes due to natural calamities, adverse weather, government restrictions, road blockages, political disturbances, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond organizational control, no refund shall be applicable unless specifically stated otherwise.
Meals will be provided strictly as mentioned in the event itinerary or description. All food is prepared with reasonable hygiene and quality standards suitable for outdoor conditions. However, individual preferences, tastes, or customized meal requirements may not be accommodated, and no complaints regarding the menu shall be entertained.
“Leave No Trace” principles shall be followed strictly throughout the activity. Participants are expected to respect nature, local culture, and the environment at all times. All waste generated during the activity must be collected responsibly and disposed of appropriately after returning. Participants are requested to actively cooperate in preserving the natural environment.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any intoxicating substances during the activity is strictly prohibited. Any participant found violating this rule may be removed from the activity immediately without any refund or compensation.
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behaviour towards activity leaders, drivers, local villagers, hotel staff, guides, fellow participants, and any other individuals associated with the activity.
All activities conducted by Zenith Odysseys are group events. Participants are encouraged to maintain a friendly and cooperative spirit while also observing discipline, decorum, and group ethics throughout the activity.
The decision of the activity leader, trek leader, or organizer shall be final and binding on all participants in matters related to safety, discipline, conduct, and event management. Any participant found violating rules, creating disturbance, misconduct, or compromising group safety may be expelled from the activity without refund, and the organization reserves the right to take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
