Cancellation Policy

Please read the cancellation terms carefully before booking any trek, tour, or holiday package.

For Western Ghat Treks

  • 50% refund will be applicable if cancellation is notified via phone at least 3 days prior to the event date.
  • No refund will be applicable if the cancellation request is made less than 3 days before the event date.
  • No show will be treated as cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
  • Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.

For Himalayan Treks, Leisure Tours, Heritage Tours, Wildlife Tours, International and Domestic Holidays

Applicable to Fixed Departures and FIT Packages

  • If the guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever, then s/he shall give a written application to the company within the specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the company.
  • Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges as stated hereunder.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on the gross tour cost, and the cancellation charges shall depend on the date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are non-refundable, and the guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the guest will be paid after the company receives refund from the respective authorities.
  • The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the guest.
Cancellation Period Cancellation Charges
More than 60 days 5% or actual cancellation charges, whichever is more.
60 to 31 days 50% or actual cancellation charges, whichever is more.
30 to 15 days 65% or actual cancellation charges, whichever is more.
14 to 4 days 80% or actual cancellation charges, whichever is more.
On the day / on tour 100% cancellation charges.
Note: Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed as per the above policy and after receiving refunds from respective service providers or authorities, if applicable.
